Orders will go through 2 phases before being delivered:

 

• Order processing time:The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment.This involves the securing of stocks, in some cases, and the checking of product quality.

• Shipping time:The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped.Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods.We offer free express and standard delivery, if your order reaches a certain amount. All packages have tracking information and can be tracked through MY ORDERS section in your account or order status. 

 

If you aren't completely satisfied with the size or quality of your purchase, you may initiate a Return/Exchange Request within 30 days from the date of the item's arrival. All  return requests are subject for evaluation and our friendly customer service will be glad to guide you through it. 

 

Note:

• Items should be unworn, unwashed,undamaged, or unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

• All clearance items purchased at Butterfly Babies And Kids are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

How do I return?

 

Enter your email address and order number on the Returns Center page and click find your orders.

Follow the instructions by confirming your address and selecting the items you want to return.

You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?

 

Within 30 Days of order date;

With Tags and in Original packaging;

Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 Days of receiving the product to ButterflyBabiesand Kids01@gmail.com, no exceptions.

 

Are there any Charges for return?

 

A return shipping label and instructions will be provided when your return is approved . We provide you with a return label at $5 and it will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 

Packages that are sent back for insufficient address, refused packages, could not deliver, mailbox full, or any other reason beyond our control are subject to an $7 fee, which will be deducted from your original purchase upon issuing a refund. Ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change information once the order is being processed. 

 

Packages sent back without using our provided shipping label and using our return center will delay your return process 15+days. We are not responsible for customers who send back items out of our policies stated above and choose to return by personal  couriers and shipping labels.If your items(s) is not delivered, no tracking and/or states delivered but our warehouse has not received it, we reserve the right to decline your refund and return. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items within 10 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via our return center 

 

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s).

 

Refunds will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method(s) of payment within 10 business days. 

 

Return instructions for shoppers

 

Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your return authorization slip securely in a box. You can use the box items arrived in or another box or mailing bag if you prefer. 

 

Affix the provided shipping label and ship back with the courier stated on your shipping label (ex:UPS, FEDEX, CANADA POST) to ship the package. The return address for this package is :

Note:For the safety of those that handle packages, please do NOT  use staples to close the packages.

 

Allow 10 business days to process all returns. Once approved, you will be notified via email and the refund will be credited to your original form(s) of payment.
